1. While your insurance company may recommend one or more auto body shops for your consideration, you have the right to select a collision repair center of your choice. No insurance company can insist on a particular body shop to use.

3. We work with all insurance companies, and can arrange to have your insurance adjuster visit our collision repair shop to make an assessment of repairs. This can save you the inconvenience of getting the vehicle to a drive-in claims center. Of course, many damaged vehicles cannot be driven, so towing to a shop that has the reputation for high quality collision repairs is important at the outset. During the auto body repair we maintain communication with your insurance company to ensure that all necessary repairs are authorized and completed.

4. While you can get as many collision repair estimates as you wish, no law requires you to get more than one. Selecting a collision center with the proper equipment and qualifications will ensure that your vehicle is repaired correctly and completely.

5. Choose a collision repair center that employs I-CAR and ASE certified technicians, and has the specialized equipment needed to restore the vehicle back to OEM or factory standards with a lifetime warranty.
