I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This company literally made the whole process so easy. Received a quote, took my suv in and they handled the rest. Customer service is unmatched, everyone there is so nice and helpful. I will definitely be recommending them!

I brought my vehicle back for warranty work and was beyond belief at the effort they went to get it right . If they had only done a fractional amount of what they actually did I wouldn’t have said anything yet it was repaired as if it were their own vehicle . These people pride themselves in getting it right . Waving that hand at ya all .

Tony was a huge help!! I stopped by for a quick quote for a repair on the rear panel of my car and it took 10 minutes for them to fix it! Definitely recommend coming here!

They did an INCREDIBLE Job detailing my car. I had a lot of grime that I thought would never come out of the body and the interior, but the team made my car look good as new and even cleaned the engine. Their service was outstanding and my car was ready to pick up exactly when they said it would be. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

I was sent here on a rec from Adam’s Automotive, and had a great experience! Tony and the guys helped me so much, getting my car all fixed up before the holidays. With all the frustrations of dealing with insurance and rental car companies, Collision Craftsman was a bright spot in the experience. My car looks brand new!

Hands down the best auto body shop in Houston! My truck was in an accident, Andy and his team made it look brand new. Their customer service is incredible, fast, responsive, and professional every step of the way. The quality of their work is top-notch, and they delivered exactly what they promised. Highly recommend to anyone needing collision repair or body work!
